Founded in 2019 by Forbes 30 under 30 co-founders, we have been celebrated for our work across influencer, organic social, paid social, creative production and proprietary research for clients like The Financial Times, Tripadvisor, McDonald’s, Disney, and Enterprise.

Sowing the seed
After finding one another whilst working in the industry, three friends shared a vision for a more honest and personal touch to the influencer space.

So, in the spring of 2019, Joe Friend, Alice Jones, and Beckii Flint launched Pepper Studio – a breath of fresh air for influencer marketing, with a human approach at its core.
