It's official! Pepper has been crowned Social Media Agency of the Year 2026 at the SocialDay Awards, and we couldn't be prouder!

Since launching in 2019, we've been on a mission to do things differently. From building brilliant social-first campaigns to championing positive change across the industry, we've always believed that great work starts with great people.

Now, seven years later, we're celebrating a huge milestone: our first Social Media Agency of the Year win as a full-service social agency!

From Influencer Marketing Agency to Social Media Agency of the Year

When Pepper first launched in 2019, we started out as an influencer marketing agency with big ambitions. Fast-forward to 2026, and we've grown into a full-service social media marketing agency, bringing together specialist teams across Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, Paid Media, Production and Research.

It's been an exciting journey, but one thing hasn't changed: our belief in the power of people, creativity and community.

Whether we're creating thumb-stopping content, building creator partnerships, delivering paid social campaigns or uncovering the insights shaping the future of marketing, our focus has always been on helping brands make a meaningful impact.

And this award feels like a pretty special recognition of just how far we've come.

Of course, winning Social Media Agency of the Year is a huge celebration of the work we deliver for our clients. But what makes this award even more special is the recognition of the culture, values and initiatives we've built along the way.

That's something we're incredibly proud of.

From launching The Responsible Kidfluence Code, an initiative designed to encourage more responsible practices when working with children and young creators, to creating a workplace where our team can thrive, we've always wanted Pepper to be more than just another agency.

Being named Social Media Agency of the Year 2026 is a pretty big moment for us, but we're not stopping here.
